Electrical Foreman

Carolina Power, an employee‑owned company, is looking for a decisive leader for this full‑time, benefits‑eligible position, available immediately in the Southeast.

Location:

North Augusta, SC (Southeast region)

Pay range: $70,000.00‑$ per year, depending on experience, skills and knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedules, coordinates, and supervises field employees assigned to electrical construction or service projects.
  • Works with other trades to ensure all specifications, regulations, and policies are met and projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Leads by example, fostering a safety‑first culture, eliminating waste, and focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Manages production and cost control.
  • Communicates effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience can substitute.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, contract documents, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents.
  • Analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems.
  • Ability to effectively supervise and evaluate craft performance and manage electrical crews.
  • Capacity to work overtime and/or long hours as required.
  • Travel for projects as required.
