- Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign‑on bonus:
Up to $10,000 available in select locations

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and evidence‑based treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Design personalized treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
- Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
