Job SummaryPerform routine work regarding the maintenance and repair of school building facilities. Responsibilities include general cleaning, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs; replacing broken windows; checking boilers; groundskeeping; and monitoring supplies.
Physical RequirementsThe position requires moderate physical effort. The employee must lift a minimum of 50 pounds and frequently stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak, hear, and use hands to operate equipment and hand tools.
Compensation$15.00 per hour.
