The Senior Tax Manager / Director will lead complex tax engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals, and mentor a growing tax team. The role can be tailored based on experience and interest, with a clear path to expanded leadership and equity consideration for the right candidate.

• Manage and review complex federal and multi‑state tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Serve as the primary tax advisor to a portfolio of clients, providing proactive planning and consulting
• Lead and mentor tax managers, seniors, and staff; contribute to talent development and retention
• Oversee engagement economics, workflow, and deadlines to ensure high‑quality client service
• Participate in firm initiatives related to growth, process improvement, and practice development
• Assist with business development efforts and deepen existing client relationships

• CPA required (Master’s in Taxation a plus)
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong technical background in pass‑through entities and closely held businesses
• Experience with client‑facing advisory and tax planning
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
