Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Conduct entry screening for employees, visitors, and/or vendors using approved methods such as credential verification, package and bag inspections, and magnetometer and/or handheld wand screening when assigned;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns through the designated chain of communication;
Monitor access points and screening areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, prohibited items, and/or policy violations, and coordinate with site contacts when escalation is needed;
Maintain accurate screening logs and incident reports, and assist with directing traffic flow at checkpoints, queues, and/or lobby areas to support orderly operations
