Provide customer service to clients and site personnel following Allied Universal security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, and the exterior perimeter;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization when applicable, and reporting irregularities per site procedures;
Operate and observe security-related systems and tools as assigned, such as CCTV and alarm panels, and report maintenance issues and/or unusual activity through approved reporting channels
