Title: Accounting & Payroll Associate
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Bonus + Lunch

Accounting & Payroll Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for hourly and tipped employees including timesheet review, gratuity and service charge allocations, and payroll adjustments

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and assist with account reconciliations

• Generate and reconcile member billing statements including food and beverage, events, and dues

• Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing inquiries

• Support onboarding paperwork, maintain employee files, and assist with workers’ compensation administration

• Provide HR recordkeeping support including compliance postings and handbook updates

• Assist with general ledger tasks such as payroll uploads, prepaids, monthly bank reconciliations, and audit preparation

• Provide backup support to Accounts Payable as needed

Accounting & Payroll Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

• 3+ years of payroll, billing, or accounting experience; hospitality or tipped-employee environment experience a plus

• Knowledge of payroll compliance, workers’ compensation, and general accounting processes

• Experience with payroll or club management systems such as Jonas or Paylocity preferred

• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment
