Physical DemandsAbility to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Able to reach overhead, bend, squat, knell and carry products necessary for customer service, inventory stocking and store merchandising.
Able to walk up and down a staircase carrying boxes, products and other necessary items.
Able to regularly perform store maintenance: sweep, vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean.
Able to safely lift boxes up to 55 pounds.
Requirements21+ years of age, ability to pass a background check in accordance with CCC regulations. A minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with cash handling.

Team Leads assist in identifying the priorities of each day, delegate what needs to be done, and train Wellness Advisors.
Team Leads partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure that operational and brand objectives are met even in their absence.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Acting as a coach and role model identify and delegate daily priorities to the team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with management, team members, and store partners.
- Keep communication lines open among management and team members by ensuring objectives are met and expectations are upheld.
- Facilitate training and development of all team members, which fosters an environment of continued learning.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store, inclusive of performing cash management duties and securing the assets inside.
- Utilizing consistent personal example and encouragement empower your team to offer outstanding service.
- Offer proactive coaching (both constructive and complimentary) to continually boost customer service.
- Partner with the check-In staff and security to ensure smooth customer flow through the store.
- Act as a compliance champion, ensure optimal processing speed and accuracy in transaction completion.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and employees.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with co-workers, customers and vendors.
- Consistently perform all duties of a Wellness Advisor
- Consistently demonstrate a warm and approachable leadership presence, prioritizing, and delegating, and coaching a team with a strong positive influence.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Available to work opening and closing shifts inclusive of a minimum of one weekend day.
- The ability to communicate in English. (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
