Leadership - Administrative Director (Nights) North Adams, MA
Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience [required]

• Experience in successful conflict resolution [required]
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
• Working knowledge of staffing systems [preferred]
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, or higher [Required]
• Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
• Must be an RN
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
