Position: Registered Nurse – Administrative Director
Facility: North Adams Campus, Berkshire Medical Center (Berkshire Health Systems)
Location: North Adams, MA
Start Date: 02/16/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Evenings/Nights (3p–11:30p, 11p–7:30a) rotating weekend 12-hr shifts
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN license (in hand at submission)
BSN required
Minimum 3 years leadership experience (Charge Nurse / Manager / Director level)
Strong knowledge of acute care hospital operations
Experience with staffing systems and operational oversight
Demonstrated professional growth and continuing education
