Rn Nurse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee and document healthcare services, medical needs, and interventions for members. You will actively participate in Individual Support Plans and case conferences, advocating for the optimal health of program members while coordinating medical services with Primary Care Physicians. Your role will ensure medical compliance, manage treatment plans, and maintain confidential medical files for members.

• Conduct preadmission reviews, member assessments, and develop AFC plans of care.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support AFC caregivers, ensuring compliance with training and care standards.
• Perform quality assurance tasks, including audits, policy reviews, and report high-profile case issues.
• Collaborate with other agencies and maintain professional relationships to promote member care and services.
• Maintain certifications, licensure, and compliance with all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.

• Current RN licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
• 2+ years of recent experience in direct care of the elderly or disabled adults
• A minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with AFC (Home Health) and/or similar programs
• EMR Experience (Icentrix)
• Ability to train adult learners
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom
• Valid driver’s license, availability of a private vehicle, up-to-date car insurance, and proof of annual vehicle inspection
• Satisfactory CORI, SORI, and National Fingerprint Check

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the need for flexibility to stay late as needed. The position offers work-life balance, schedule flexibility, and the potential to work from home once tenured.

This is a Permanent position based out of North Adams, MA.

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr. health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO

This is a fully onsite position in North Adams, MA.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 6, 2026.
