- Schedule and manage process for mandated in‑services.
- Coordinate orientation for all new hire employees.
- Act as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/requirements.
- Handle Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Five (5) years long‑term care experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.
