• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2760 - $2840 per week
• COVID-19 Vaccine:
  Required, including current booster (no exemptions)

Registered Nurse First Assist Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (required at submission)
• Current RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assist) certification
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as an OR RNFA
• Current BLS certification
• Compliance with all travel nursing documentation requirements
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster required
• Former Berkshire Health Systems employees must have a 2-year separation before returning as a traveler
• Applicants must reside outside a 50-mile radius from North Adams, MA

OR RNFA Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures in the operating room
• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain proper sterile technique and ensure a safe surgical environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Accurately document all patient care activities
• Support patient safety and infection control protocols
