Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, $3,000 sign on bonus
About the RoleUCP of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Qualified Clinician to provide clinical support to adults with autism and developmental disabilities receiving family support services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and we are looking for someone motivated about building clinical practices and competencies. A large component of this role is supporting the Positive Behavior Support Initiative coming from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

- Deliver direct clinical services, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) interventions, crisis support, and training for staff and families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and attend Individualized Support Plan (ISP) meetings.
- Develop and monitor PBS plans and ensure compliance with DDS regulations.
- Provide proactive in-service training and act as a resource for staff on clinical challenges.
- Serve as a certified PABC instructor and implement emergency techniques as needed.
- Foster collaborative relationships with DDS and community partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation in UCP’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
