Family Support Advocate/Agency With Choice
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule:
37.5 hours/wk (M-F)
Location:
Throughout North Adams & Pittsfield, MA
Position Overview:
Are you looking for rewarding work with adults with different abilities in the community? As an Agency with Choice Family Support Advocate you will provide help with activities of daily living (eating and going out into the community) with socialization and engagement as priorities. Your day may include time spent with the member at one of the UCP drop in centers, in the community, at the home or any other location that both the member and family deem appropriate as you help the member navigate areas of importance such as hobbies, activities or interests in addition to providing guidance around needed life skills.
Some afternoon and evening hours are required.
