Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the agency and provides essential administrative and operational support across departments. This role ensures smooth front desk operations, supports internal teams, and contributes to the mission of the BFAIR through efficient, professional, and compassionate service.
Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
Job Requirements- Associate degree in related field or High School Diploma/GED required with three years of related experience.
- Must have good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle sensitive and confidential information as well as manage stressful situations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Articulate, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving Record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing).
- Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
