Accounts Payable Associate (Full-Time), Norridge, IL

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing and processing invoices, issuing ACH and Check payments, responding to inquiries from internal and external parties, and reconciling vendor statements and AP Sub-Ledger.

• Process vendor invoices and monthly expense reports in SXe – ensuring accuracy and on a timely basis.
• Provide support for branches, such as invoice coding and payment status, disputes etc.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and other internal contacts in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal personnel.
• Meet deadlines and obtain proper invoice approvals.
• Proficient ongoing contact with all suppliers and branches as required.
• Reconcile Vendor statements and address all past‑due items.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Month/Year end closes.

• 1–2 years full cycle accounts payable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Possess a high attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
