• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in life insurance, focusing on engaging and serving clients.
• Client Engagement:
  Present and promote life insurance solutions, conduct needs assessments, and help clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals and insurance requirements.
• Relationship Building:
  Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Training & Development:
  Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps.
• Sales Tracking:
  Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals.
• Compliance:
  Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices.

• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget.

• Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support provided).

• Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr
• Additional compensation:
  Annual Bonus and Commission
• Earnings are based on average performance in current markets, with monthly performance-based bonuses and residual income paid on the anniversary of each client’s policy.
