As a Pro Active Sales Representative, you have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you know as much customer insight as possible. Precoa’s field management provides clear performance guide, organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching.
You can focus on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for loved ones.
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!- Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification (where applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 1-2 years of in-person sales experience, preferably in senior market
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
- Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
