Del Taco -  - Responsibilities:
Recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report;
Developing and growing team members; evaluating performance; administering disciplinary actions;
Delivering the brand by executing Del Taco Standards and maintaining facility, equipment, cleanliness, and uniform compliance;
Achieving or exceeding sales targets by staffing appropriately, increasing customer count and average check, and executing local store marketing;
Maintaining profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash handling, safety, and vendor costs
