Retail Sales Associate (Part‑Time)

Join our high‑performing team at Harbor Freight Tools and make a tangible impact every day. You’ll work at our Oklahoma City location with a flexible schedule during operating hours of 6 am to 10 pm.

Pay ranges from $15.25 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates and their families have access to a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short‑term disability plan. Eligible Associates can enroll in our 401k plan. Paid time off is accrued up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time is up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

• Provide a great experience for our customers.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
