• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and follow visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by processing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) with adherence to laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and related tech
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Ability to stay focused and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and environments as required by tasks such as Drive-Up and carryout
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
