Supervise the productivity, accuracy and activities of all auditors. Ensure all process and procedures are being used correctly. Continue to provide Training, Coaching, Evaluations and feedback to all auditors and Product Integrity Manager. Work closely with Product Integrity Manager and provide accurate reports and records for daily, weekly and monthly reports. Ensure all work orders are audited/100% inspected in a timely manner.
Work with Product Integrity Manager, internal managers, supervisors, and floor leads to prioritize work orders that need to be audited/100% inspected. Keep track of all work orders, audits, and 100% inspections. Supports and acts as a backup to Product Integrity Manager. Assists with special projects and assignments as directed by the Product Integrity Manager.
- Supervise audit team during quality control verification of various unfinished and finished products against company specifications.
- Educate, train and mentor auditors on quality methodology.
- Capacity to understand and communicate correctly Fanatics product quality (standards, expectations, and specifications.)
- Reviews tech packs and art, especially when preparing inbound audit reports.
- Maintains objectivity, integrity and independence.
- Gains and maintains the confidence of co-workers and Product Integrity Manager as it relates to judging a defect or nonconforming product.
- Communicate (verbally and written) to explain quality rules or guidelines, especially if nonconforming product.
- Establish and oversee daily auditor workload, activities and priorities.
- Works effectively and efficiently in a structured setting as a member of a team and able to work well under pressure.
- Conduct meetings regularly with auditors to help consistency in teamwork.
- Maintain safe and clean working environments for auditors to complete tasks.
- Approve strike-offs, when needed.
- Conduct audits, when needed.
- Associates Degree in Textiles or 5 years of applicable and demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated basic sewing/garment knowledge
- Must be able to distinguish colors and achieve minimum score on Munsell Color Hue Test
- Must be able to make decisions
- Must be accurate and reliable when recording data
- Must be able to follow verbal and written communications
- Must be able to work and communicate with managers
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Possess organizational skills especially for document control
- Excellent attendance
- Must be adaptable to changing priorities
- Must be able to work at fast pace
- Production must be met and maintained
- Bilingual preferred
