Job specification

• Deliver comprehensive, rapid-response nursing care in emergency situations, triaging and stabilizing patients effectively.

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and implement emergency protocols when necessary.

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of care.

• Uphold strict standards of clinical practice and patient safety while adapting to the challenges of a fast-paced ER setting.

Candidate requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program

• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)

• BLS, ACLS certifications by the American Heart Association

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an Emergency Department setting
