CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) 3pm to 11pm

Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care, Norman, Oklahoma, offers a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position for 8‑hour evenings (3 pm–11 pm). The facility specializes in long‑term and rehabilitative care and provides a supportive work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Base pay range: $15.00 / hr – $17.00 / hr

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner consistent with facility policy.
• Promote residents’ independence and comfort.
• Report resident status to the charge nurse at shift change.
• Contribute to and implement care plans as directed.
• Observe and document residents’ conditions.
• Perform safe lifting/transfer of residents, including moderate to heavy lifting.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
• Conduct incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to keep a hazard‑free environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Familiarity with CNA duties.
