Job Summary
Manages the digital footprint of Norman Regional Health System. Provides strategic guidance and oversight of the Health System’s: main website and other websites and microsites, digital marketing including pay per click and social advertising, social media platforms, SEO, and storytelling.
- Responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Integrated Marketing department as it applies to internal communications, advertising, public relations, external communications, media relations, social media, digital media, content marketing, website and print design, Plans, coordinates, produces and evaluates strategic communication, marketing and advertising plans, and other programs in support of the Health System's services. Manages the consistent branding of the corporate identity.
- Oversees department operations. Implements Health System marketing and communication plans, evaluates the effectiveness using identified and specific metrics and targets. Responsible for managing plan performance and outcomes.
- Sets a strategic plan to ensure the Health System has an exceptional digital footprint. This includes working closing with the Integrated Marketing team and outside vendors to maintain the Health System’s websites. Must stay up to date on latest trends in online and digital media, search engine optimization and paid digital advertising.
- Develops annual internal and external communication plans to achieve Health System goals and keep key stakeholders educated and informed of the organization's progress.
- Develops marketing and service line promotional plans to achieve Health System goals.
- Required:
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment, and diplomacy. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field required.
- Four to five years' experience in Marketing or Public Relations.
- One or two years' experience in healthcare marketing and communications.
- Must have a valid state driver's license.
