Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.00-$19.50 (Based on shift)

** Shift:
** Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm or 5pm-5am (3 days; 36 hours paid for 40);
Additional shifts/overtime may be required occasionally

** What's the Job?*
* + Check for and obtain required tools, equipment, and parts as needed.

+ Notify supervisors of part shortages or outages promptly.

+ Work from blueprints and verbal instructions to assemble various components such as frames, compressors, fans, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, and adhesives.

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure parts conform to specifications within the normal flow of production.

+ Package completed units and parts, including tagging, sealing, and attaching instructions or warranties.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use decimals, fractions, and scales.

Experience with pneumatic tools and safe operation practices.

+ Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
