Intake Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Intake Specialist located in Norman, OK. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing the client intake process, maintaining client records, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for new clients. Duties include collecting client information, coordinating initial consultations, obtaining pertinent records, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Strong Communication Skills for managing and relaying client information accurately and professionally
• Proficiency in Client Intake processes and maintaining accurate client records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn legal software
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and provide support to clients
• Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive client experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Previous experience in a legal or client-facing role is preferred but not required
