What You Bring Human Resources Management experience providing generalist responsibilities for a diverse team
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR leadership for hourly/front-line employees
Experience in driving employee engagement, supporting recognition programs and directing a positive culture
Knowledge of labor laws Knowledge of personnel file maintenance
Experience with employee recognition programs
Excellent computer and communication skills
Experience providing the necessary support for payroll requirements
Experience supporting employee opportunities for professional development
Experience assisting with the performance management and review process
