Location: This position is based in Norman, OK with hybrid work options. Local candidates to Norman and Oklahoma City, preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to help us meet our hiring goals during this period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely updates to the HR Generalist on recruitment progress.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in recruiting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
