Job Summary
- Medication Preparation and Dispensing
- Provides Administrative and Clerical Support
- Medication Stocking/Delivery and Automated Medication Equipment
- Patient Care Functions
- Sterile Compounding
Education
- HS diploma or GED required.
- At least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I.
- OK permit required within 90 days of hire, and PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination).
- All Level I and II competencies.
