Compensation

• $/hr. depending on previous employment history.
• Evening differential $1.10/hr.
• Night differential $1.25/hr.
• Weekend differential $1.25/hr.

Our Sterile Processing Department is a fast paced, team oriented, quality driven team consisting of 22 members, with experience ranging from 6 months to 37 years. The types of procedures performed in our health system include cardiology, orthopedics, dental, endocrine, ear, nose and throat, general surgery, robotics, gynecology, labor and delivery, neurology urology, and bariatrics. As a team, we process between 2500 and 7500 instruments per day.

• Decontamination
• Preparing Instruments
• Identifies and initiates appropriate sterilization method
• Supplies and Equipment
• Distribution
• Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient and staff by complying with hospital and unit specific policies.

Education

• High school education or the equivalent.

Experience

• One year healthcare experience preferred, can be waived at manager's discretion.
