Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support an ongoing clinical trial. This contractor will serve as one of the primary CRCs on the study and must be comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced research environment. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on clinical research experience who is ready to step in and immediately contribute.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

* Collect, review, and accurately enter study data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

* Maintain complete, timely, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.

Query Management

* Review, track, and resolve EDC data queries promptly.

* Collaborate with study monitors and internal team members to ensure data quality and protocol adherence.

Study Support

* Assist with participant-facing tasks as needed, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

* Work closely with the research team to support day-to-day operational needs of the trial.

Qualifications

Clinical Research

Experience:

Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) platforms.

Communication

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with participants, investigators, and internal teams.

Attention to Detail:

Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in data collection, documentation, and protocol compliance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Norman, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
