To be considered, you must meet the following:

• Active Psychologist license in Oklahoma OR the ability to obtain one
• Must be able to work on-site

The successful candidate will perform the following functions at a pace and level consistent with job expectations:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments using record review, clinical interviews, and appropriate evaluation tools
• Collaborate with the mental health team and other clinical staff (psychiatry, medical, nursing, social work, etc.) to ensure coordinated care and follow-through
• Provide treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and level of functioning
• Make regular rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess adjustment and identify treatment needs
• Deliver evidence-informed counseling using sound psychological theory and therapeutic techniques
• Provide crisis support, including mental health assessments, counseling, and confrontation-avoidance interventions
• Consult with internal stakeholders (mental health, medical, education, chaplain, security, and others) to help understand escalations in behavior and changes in mental health condition
