Job Description- Assist patients with personal hygiene, exercise, dressing and other daily tasks (in compliance with agency policies and procedures, and federal and state regulations)
- Take vitals and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner
- Provide patient with nutritional support by preparing meals when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current 75-Hour Home Health Aide Certification
- Two years of experience in home health care
- Training by an accredited vocational school or hospital; or currently enrolled in an accredited School of nursing with 6 months clinical experience
- Current CPR Certification
