This role will provide administrative support to the designated department. This work involves understanding of modern office equipment such as a copier, printer, scanner, multiline phone system, and computer. The position entails servicing walk‑in consumers, arranging appointments, managing provider appointment schedules, and performing other activities as assigned.

- bachelor’s degree plus one year of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

this agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
