Role Specifics and Benefits

As a Surgical Tech on this travel assignment, you will prepare and maintain sterile fields, organize and pass instruments, perform counts in collaboration with the surgical team, and support the surgeon, circulating nurse, and scrub colleagues throughout procedures. Your responsibilities include patient positioning and prepping, ensuring equipment readiness, assisting with gowning and draping, maintaining patient safety, and managing specimens and instrument tracking with meticulous accuracy.
