Job Description

The Tutoring & Dual Enrollment Coordinator will guide the Tutoring & Dual Enrollment team in planning, organizing, communicating, and monitoring evidence‑based services with school partners and ensure that they are aligned with specified project outcomes. The incumbent will oversee project management, participant management, and development of high‑quality resources in support of student engagement in College and Career Readiness activities and services.

This professional will facilitate the ongoing development of each member of this team to help team members realize their full professional potential.

Responsibilities
  • Communications (30%)
    • Manage and facilitate effective communications within and outside the organization.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: develop, manage, and maintain partnerships with external providers of tutoring and dual enrollment services; build relationships with students, families, educators, school leaders, higher education professionals, and tutoring service providers; inform and engage stakeholders in the project’s activities.
    • Communication Strategy Development: collaborate with the management team to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and strategies that support the project’s objectives and goals.
    • External Communication: communicate the availability of tutoring and dual enrollment with students, families, educators, school leaders, and community partners; ensure all external messages align with the organization’s mission and values.
    • Internal Communication: develop, implement, and oversee internal communication strategies and plans to ensure employees are well‑informed about organizational updates, policies, and relevant news; use email, Microsoft Teams, and team meetings.
    • Content Creation: develop and distribute content, including written materials, graphics, presentations, and multimedia, to convey key messages and information; ensure content is clear, consistent, and engaging.
  • Talent Management (20%)
    • Contribute to the growth, enhancement, and professional learning of the Tutoring & Dual Enrollment Specialist.
    • Professional Learning: identify, develop, and implement learning opportunities; provide guidance and mentorship to the Specialist.
    • Performance Management: monitor the Specialist’s implementation of project services and documentation of progress toward performance targets.
    • Feedback and Evaluation: establish opportunities for the Specialist to receive constructive feedback and self‑assessment.
  • Evaluation and Reporting (10%)
    • Measure and assess the team’s implementation of services; ensure project objectives are met.
    • Data Collection: collect, compile, and organize data from field services and participant feedback.
    • Reporting Systems: utilize the project’s reporting systems to document and communicate evaluation findings to stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement: collaborate with relevant teams to develop services based on identified needs; monitor progress and adjust strategies.
    • Documentation: maintain comprehensive documentation of services, partner communications, and evaluation of processes and methodologies.
    • Performance Metrics: develop and implement key performance indicators aligned to the project’s goals; monitor effectiveness of stakeholder communication plans.
  • Professional Learning Facilitation (10%)
    • Design, organize, and deliver professional learning opportunities for program participants.
    • Facilitation and Instruction: develop and deliver engaging sessions, workshops, and seminars; utilize instructional methods and adult learning principles.
    • Mentoring and

      Coaching:

      provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentorship to stakeholders where appropriate.
    • Technology Integration: use instructional technology tools to support online and blended learning; stay current with e‑learning trends.
