Required Education, Experience, Certifications, etc.Required
Education:
Doctorate Degree, AND:
- 36 months medical experience (Residency qualifies).
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.
- Highly organized and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and staff.
Certifications:
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oklahoma – Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy.
- DEA License.
- Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) License.
- Board Certification in an applicable specialty.
- CPR – BLS or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support – ACLS.

Departmental Preferences:
- Prefer experience with IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal.
- Prefer experience with colposcopy.
