Pay: $20-21/HR
Responsibilities- Proactively contact account holders 60+ days past due via phone, email, and written correspondence to drive timely payment resolution.
- Negotiate and document payment arrangements accurately, escalating unresolved accounts to management or third-party agencies when necessary.
- Monitor AR aging and cash receipt reports to identify delinquency trends and prioritize collection efforts.
- Maintain detailed account notes, payment promises, and follow-up schedules in Net Suite, ensuring accurate status updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing disputes while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
