** Position Overview
** ISS is seeking a Client Success Associate to join its Norman, OK team on a temporary basis. A successful candidate will have an ability to develop strong working relationships quickly, communicating effectively with all. Client Success Associates are adaptable, eager and efficient problem solvers. This includes serving as a point of contact, offering support, and guiding clients to receive the highest level of customer service in the industry.

* Main responsibilities:

*** Manage client inquiry and issue resolution process, utilizing Microsoft Outlook,  and other internal tools
* Identify accounts at risk to ensure revenue and client retention
* Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery
* Perform regular Master Account List reviews
* Maintain the email support inbox and phone hotline service, actioning all inquiries and connecting clients to their dedicated client success manager for personalized service
* Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to sales team to assist in closing new deals
* Achieve target renewal rate through outstanding client service
* Perform frequent testing of new product features
* Other special projects and initiatives for the business, as needed and assigned

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree or within 3 months of graduation
* Experience in an account management or client service position, ideally in financial or corporate governance industries
*
* Required skills:

*** Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented with strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and verbal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
* Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skill; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Absolute personal and business integrity
** Additional Information**
* ** Work Schedule**:
This role is fully onsite with five days in-office each week.
* ** Peak Season**:
During peak season (late March to late May), but also includes client reporting period through early August.
* ** Payroll and Benefits**:
