The Shared Business Services Center (SBSC) supports financial and payroll operations across the university — and we’re looking for motivated students who want to learn how business operations truly function behind the scenes at a major higher education institution.
As an SBSC Intern, you won’t just “clock in.” You’ll gain hands‑on experience running and formatting reports, assisting with data projects, supporting payroll and financial processes, distributing campus mail, and coordinating deposits across campus. You’ll develop professional skills in organization, accuracy, communication, and time management, all in a fast‑paced, supportive office environment.
Whether you’re considering a career in finance, accounting, payroll, business administration, data analytics, or leadership, this role provides meaningful exposure to real operational processes that look impressive on a resume. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in helping you grow and understand how large‑scale business services operate.
If you’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn, SBSC is a great place to start building your professional foundation.
Preference will be given to students who can begin with SBSC this spring, through the summer, and upcoming academic year.
