This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.
The estimated end date is 05/15/2025.
Open to an employee who may not want to work 40 hours a week.
Duties- Assisting with Undergraduate program delivery
- Attending & supporting department events
- Counseling undergraduate students and advising student organizations
- Working with the Undergraduate Studies Committee Chair on any program needs, changes, edits, etc.
- Making course edits/changes
- Package sorting and notification
- Other duties as assigned
Required: High School diploma or GED AND: 12 months of office/clerical experience.
Preferred: College Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
- General office skills such as phone, copying, faxing, filing, and handling mail
- Able to lift 20lbs
Ability to engage in repetitive motion and communicate effectively
Environmental Working ConditionsStandard office environment.
