This position will assist the Financial Services department with digitizing various accounting records from hardcopy to softcopy format. It will also help organize the digitized documents so that they are easily accessible by the team. We are looking for individuals who are organized, flexible, and professional.
Essential Duties- Digitizing hardcopy accounting records into PDF documents
- Organize PDF documents into logical and easily accessible folders on the Financial Services shared drive
- Other office organizational duties as assigned

Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Must attach Spring 2026 class schedule
- Ability to learn things quickly

- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to engage in repetitive motions
- Business or Accounting major preferred
