Under direct supervision of the Refrigeration Mechanic Foreman, performs skilled work in the Refrigeration Mechanic trades.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate$50.85 per hour
Required Qualifications- Journeyman Pipefitter and certified welder, with experience in air‑and water‑cooled chillers.
- Ability to read 2" gauges on various equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Communications required in person, by telephone, by email and over campus radio system.
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions and written materials.
- Possess mathematical skills to calculate material lists and pricing.
- Knowledge sufficient in techniques and uses of various tools associated with Heating Plant duties.
