Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

We are a fresh food haven at Sam’s Club. In this role you keep our freezers, coolers and deli stocked, clean and ready for our members. You are part of a frontline team that combines customer service and operational excellence in a busy retail environment.

• Stock, zone and maintain freezer, cooler and deli aisles, ensuring products are fresh, temperature controlled and shelves are clean.
• Verify expiration dates, pack ready-to-sell portions and display items in proper containers.
• Track inventory, complete required audits, logs and paperwork.
• Provide excellent member service, acknowledging members, addressing needs and promoting deli products.
• Follow all food handling, safety and sanitation procedures, including forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and member‑first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to change and handle physical demands of stocking and cleaning.

• Previous experience stocking freezer, cooler or deli products.
• Knowledge of food safety and cold chain procedures.
• Prior customer service experience in retail.
