Job Description

Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

Responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies, and job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Responsible for the preparation of certain food items.
• Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• This position requires knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and packaging, and familiarity with the step‑by‑step procedures for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items, and the team member is responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.
• Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service. Team members in cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control.
• Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.
• Responsible for cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests, and may also be responsible for cleanliness of various stations, food production or storage areas.
