We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care as we expand our operations by reopening our third unit this spring. Whether you prefer day or night hours, this position provides a rewarding opportunity with potential for permanent placement after 13-26 weeks.

• Illinois RN license (must be active and valid)
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in long-term care (LTC)/skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Strong patient care skills in hospice, rehab, admissions, and discharges
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle a nurse-to-patient ratio of 14-19 with compassion and professionalism

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of hospice and rehab protocols
• Prior experience in fast-paced, expanding facilities

• Illinois RN license
• 1+ years in LTC/SNF, hospice, or rehab settings
• Flexible and adaptable scheduling experience

• Willingness to work over scheduled hours as needed
• Temp-to-perm availability, with potential for permanent placement after 13 or 26 weeks
• Ability to start by April, with a focus on flexibility for shift times (7a‑7p or 7p‑7a)
