Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care as we expand our operations by reopening our third unit this spring. This pivotal role offers a dynamic environment where your skills make a real difference in patients' lives, ensuring quality care across all shifts.

Whether you prefer day or night hours, this position provides a rewarding opportunity with potential for permanent placement after 13-26 weeks.

Required Skills:

• Illinois RN license (must be active and valid)
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in long-term care (LTC)/skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Strong patient care skills in hospice, rehab, admissions, and discharges
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle a nurse-to-patient ratio of 14-19 with compassion and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of hospice and rehab protocols
• Prior experience in fast-paced, expanding facilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Illinois RN license
• 1+ years in LTC/SNF, hospice, or rehab settings
• Flexible and adaptable scheduling experience

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work over scheduled hours as needed
• Temp-to-perm availability, with potential for permanent placement after 13 or 26 weeks
• Ability to start by April, with a focus on flexibility for shift times (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
