We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst to lead the design, optimization, and integration of warehouse and logistics processes within SAP S/4 HANA. This role focuses on enhancing inbound and outbound operations, configuring EWM modules, and ensuring seamless collaboration with core SAP systems and manufacturing/transportation platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define, establish, and optimize processes to ensure efficient use of warehouse and logistics resources.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Design, enhance, and manage SAP EWM inbound processes, including: ASN data receiving, validation, transportation management, goods receipt, putaway bin determination, returns/reverse logistics, production receipts, and FIORI app integrations.
• Configure and maintain yard management, cross-docking, and replenishment to production lines.
• Design and implement RFUI, RFID enablement, quality inspections, GTM integration, and migration tools.
• Develop interfaces between SAP EWM and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) as well as Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Deploy and optimize SAP EWM outbound processes, including outbound planning, shipping cockpit, picking bin determination, route determination, order deployment, loading and goods issues, production supply and consumption, sequencing parts to lineside, kit-to-order, and direct outbound delivery.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 10-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM.
• At least 6 years of expert-level experience in SAP EWM.
• Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration and a solid understanding of warehouse management concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, including resource management, queue management, and value-added services (VAS).
• Experience with SAP EWM interfaces to core SAP ECC modules such as SD, LE, MM, PP, QM, and WM.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear messages to diverse audiences and fostering open dialogue with stakeholders.
• Experience in solution portfolio management: planning, prioritizing, sequencing, and managing a portfolio of work to maximize business value delivery.
